NSiC is short for silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide. The NSiC kiln shelfves circular plate is a load-bearing tool for high-temperature sintering, heat treatment, and metallurgical and chemical sintering.

Due to the high thermal conductivity,high temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance,high mechanical strength, acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance,NSiC kiln shelves circular plate are widely used in electronic high-temperature alumina zirconia products, daily-use ceramics, sanitary ware, metallurgy, and chemical industries.

NSiC kiln shelves circular plate is made of silicon carbide bonded with silicon carbide, and NSiC circular plate is a high-performance technical ceramic with higher strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance compared to traditional ceramics, combining the advantages of both silicon carbide and silicon carbide.

NSiC kiln shelfves circular plate is a high-performance composite ceramic material that combines the high hardness and high temperature resistance of silicon carbide with the high strength and thermal shock resistance of silicon nitride.

NSiC kiln shelfves circular plate is widely used in harsh environments such as high temperature, corrosion, and wear. 

The toughening effect of NSiC kiln shelfves makes its mechanical impact resistance superior to that of pure SiC materials.

APPLICATION

In high-temperature furnaces, NSiC circular plates and columns form a typical firing structure.The combustion system constructed by the two is either single-layer or multi-layer, Through vertical stacking, increasing the number of products fired at a time and significantly reducing unit energy consumption. The height of the column and the size of the NSiC circular plate can be flexibly adjusted accor ding to the product specifications for the floor height and load-bearing area.

NSiC kiln shelfves silicon carbide column: a vertical support that determines the height layering of the kiln car inside the kiln.
