Advantages of Recrystallized Silicon Carbide DPF

Firstly,the silicon carbide diesel particulate filter(DPF) adopts a unique "chessboard" honeycomb porous structure, and through a precisely controlled alternating sealing design, SiC filter membrane forces the airflow to completely penetrate the porous ceramic wall. During this process, the particles in the flue gas collide violently with the porous structure and are efficiently intercepted, achieving a highly efficient capture effect far beyond traditional surface filtration methods,  diesel particulate filter(DPF) is particularly suitable for treating ultrafine particles and high-temperature smoke.

Secondly, SiC filter membrane has excellent extreme environmental resistance, with a maximum operating temperature of 1600 ℃, and can operate stably for a long time in ultra-high temperature environments such as gas turbine exhaust, steel furnaces, and high load diesel engine emissions.
