PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Silicon carbide flat sheet membrane is an asymmetric separation membrane made of inorganic ceramic materials through special processes. It has a large number of micropores distributed on its surface, which can achieve selective separation based on molecular size differences within a specific membrane pore size range.
Using pressure difference as the driving force for mass transfer, when the liquid to be treated flows through the silicon carbide flat sheet membrane surface, small molecular substances (such as water, inorganic salts, etc.) can pass through the membrane pores, while larger substances such as suspended solids, colloids, and microorganisms are effectively intercepted.
Silicon carbide flat sheet membrane is a filtering and separation material with a regular planar structure, with a thickness of 3-10mm and a side length of 100-600mm square/circle.
Silicon carbide flat sheet filter membrane has excellent chemical stability, mechanical strength, and high temperature resistance, it plays an important role in liquid-phase filtration, gas purification, and catalytic reactions in harsh environments.
Flat sheet filter membrane presents a flat shape, with a pore size range of 100-200nm, porosity>45%, filtration accuracy of 50-200nm, high temperature resistance, and pH resistance of 0-14; Flux: 3000 L/(m ² · h · bar).
SELECTION SUGGESTION
1. Ultra pure application: Select 0.05 μ m pore size+CVD silicon nitride coating；
2. High temperature gas: choose 5um pore size+metalized edge sealing；
3. High solid content: Choose asymmetric structure (inlet pore size 200 μ m).
