The Silicon Carbide Grinding Ball is a high-performance ceramic grinding medium, primarily composed of silicon carbide (SiC). Wear-resistant ball offers exceptional hardness, outstanding high-temperature resistance, and excellent chemical stability. Wear-resistant ball is widely used in precision grinding and processing applications that demand high material purity, accuracy, and efficiency,wear-resistant ball is a key consumable for ultrafine grinding and surface treatment in modern high-end industries.

ADVANTAGES

Ultra-High Hardness & Wear Resistance: With a Mohs hardness of 9.2–9.3, the grinding ball exhibits superior wear resistance.Wear-resistant ball minimizes self-wear during operation, effectively preventing contamination of high-purity materials and significantly extending service life. Silicon carbide ball offers 3–5 times higher wear resistance than zirconia balls and 5–8 times higher than alumina balls.
