PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The RSiC circular plate is a specialized kiln tool manufactured from recrystallized silicon carbide, featuring a distinctive large central aperture. This unique silicon carbide circular plate is produced by sintering high-purity SiC particles in protective atmospheres at ultra-high temperatures exceeding 2200°C, without any sintering additives. The manufacturing process relies solely on the evaporation-condensation mechanism of RSiC circular plate itself to achieve particle bonding, resulting in a material with exceptional properties:

1.Exceptional Purity: The kiln shelf plate contains no metallic silicon, silicon nitride, or other secondary phases, ensuring zero contamination of fired products - representing RSiC circular plate  most crucial advantage.

2.Ultra-High Temperature Capability: This RSiC circular plate maintains long-term stability in inert or vacuum environments between 1650°C and 1800°C, exhibiting outstanding resistance to high-temperature creep.

3.Superior Thermal Conductivity: The silicon carbide circular plate ensures rapid and uniform heat transfer throughout the thermal process.

Vertical/Bell Jar Furnaces:

As the most common application scenario, the central aperture in the RSiC circular plate allows vertical passage of process devices such as thermocouples or gas inlet tubes directly into the furnace's core area. This enables precise measurement and control of temperature and atmosphere in the reaction zone. The circular design perfectly matches furnace cross-sections while the central hole accommodates essential process components.

Special Atmosphere Sintering Furnaces:

In tube or box furnaces requiring protective gases (argon, hydrogen) or reaction gases (methane), the perforated silicon carbide circular plate supports workpieces while facilitating gas flow and process piping, ensuring uniform atmosphere distribution.

Circular Product Support:

When firing circular workpieces like ceramic rings or sealing rings, the kiln shelf plate enables direct placement around the central hole, significantly improving loading efficiency.For enhanced performance, we offer optional alumina coating protection to increase product yield rates and extend the service life of the RSiC circular plate.
