PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Silicon nitride and silicon carbide composite NSiC polygonal plate is an innovative engineering ceramic material that combines two high-performance ceramics together through a special process. NSiC polygonal plate has become an indispensable key component in high-end industrial kilns, especially ceramic roller kilns, due to the excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, outstanding thermal shock stability, and high mechanical strength of of NSiC polygonal plate.
The polygonal structure of NSiC polygonal plate is decagonal board,has been optimized and designed to facilitate the rapid and efficient construction of the kiln lining system. While improving the overall service life of the kiln, decagonal board also significantly enhances production efficiency and product quality stability.
Silicon nitride bonded with silicon carbide composite materials significantly improves the overall performance of the material by combining the high hardness of silicon carbide with the toughness of silicon nitride. These characteristics of decagonal board make NSiC polygonal plates very suitable for high-temperature kiln supports, corrosive environment liners, and other harsh industrial applications that require mechanical strength, thermal stability, and wear resistance simultaneously.

PRODUCT DETAIL

Silicon nitride bonded with silicon carbide polygonal plates has extremely high bending strength and fracture toughness, NSiC decagonal board is superior to single silicon carbide ceramics, and can operate stably for a long time in high temperature environments above 1450 ℃. Due to the low thermal expansion coefficient, the material of decagonal board exhibits excellent thermal shock resistance and can adapt to drastic temperature changes.
In addition, decagonal board with the structural also has excellent chemical corrosion resistance, which can resist the erosion of acids, alkalis, and various molten metals. At the same time, the high hardness (Mohs hardness ≥ 9) of NSiC polygonal plate also gives it excellent wear resistance, making it suitable for severe wear conditions. Compared with traditional silicon carbide, the introduction of silicon nitride effectively improves the toughness of the material, reduces porosity, and makes decagonal board more reliable when subjected to mechanical impact and thermal load.
