Its principle is to cause the powder to undergo chemical reactions with gas-phase or liquid-phase reactants (such as nitrogen or silicon melt) at high temperatures, generating target products and filling pores. Therefore, reaction bonded silicon carbide square tubes have high internal and external dimensional accuracy and right angle accuracy.
