PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
High purity SiC micro powder, with a purity range of 99.99% to 99.999% (4N to 5N grade) and a particle size range of nanometers to micrometers (usually 0.1 to 10 μ m), has excellent chemical stability, high hardness, high thermal conductivity, and other outstanding characteristics. High purity SiC micro powder core value lies in its extremely high chemical purity, which strictly controls the content of common metal impurities (such as Fe, Al, Ca, K, Na, etc.) at extremely low ppm through precision processes.
High purity SiC micro powder materials are mainly in the α - SiC or β - SiC crystal form, with particle sizes ranging from sub micron to several microns (commonly 0.1-10 μ m), possessing uniform particle size distribution and excellent sintering activity.
