APPLICATION

Semiconductor Crystal Growth
The RSiC thermocouple tube maintains exceptional stability in silicon single crystal CZ furnaces, showing less than 0.3% temperature drift over 6 months in argon environments. For SiC crystal PVT growth, this thermocouple protection tube achieves 3000-hour service life at 2300°C, significantly outperforming conventional tubes.
Special Metallurgy
In titanium alloy vacuum melting applications, the RSiC thermocouple tube demonstrates 10 times better resistance to titanium vapor penetration compared to ZrO₂ alternatives. For high-purity aluminum melting, RSiC thermocouple tube effectively prevents silicon contamination, maintaining aluminum purity below 5ppm silicon content.
New Energy Materials
The RSiC thermocouple tube shows excellent erosion resistance to lithium cobalt oxide in oxygen atmospheres during positive electrode material sintering.
