Firstly, silicon carbide tubular membrane have the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, and strong wear resistance, as well as excellent chemical stability. This enables the silicon carbide tubular membrane to operate stably for a long time in extreme environments and has excellent resistance to various chemical corrosion.
Secondly, the silicon carbide tubular membrane is fired using recrystallization technology, forming a high porosity and high connectivity filtration channel through a solid gas solid phase transition process, thus possessing excellent filtration performance and flux.
Finally, silicon carbide tubular membranes have advantages such as good hydrophilicity, strong pollution resistance, good thermal stability, long service life.
Recrystallized silicon carbide (RSiC) tubular filter membrane exhibits significant advantages in extreme filtration environments such as high temperature and strong corrosion due to its unique material properties. The silicon carbide tubular membrane has a circular tubular structure with a high porosity of over 45%, and pore size distribution between 50 and 500 nanometers, which can achieve particle separation with the same accuracy range.
Tubular filter membrane has excellent chemical stability, can withstand strong acid and alkali environments with pH values of 0-14, and tubular filter membrane can work at temperatures above 800 ° C. During the operation, the membrane filtration flux can reach 3000 L/(m ² · h · bar), demonstrating efficient and stable separation ability.

The recrystallized silicon carbide tubular membrane is prepared using high-purity silicon carbide coarse powder and highly active micro powder as raw materials, through high-temperature vacuum sintering and recrystallization process at 2450 ℃. This material has extremely high purity and does not contain any intermediate bonding phases, possessing excellent high-temperature mechanical properties and structural stability. Its surface exhibits excellent hydrophilic properties and anti pollution ability, making it one of the most comprehensive inorganic membrane materials currently available.
